ComplaintsDesk is a focused product for one problem: helping UK data controllers handle data protection complaints under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.

Why this exists

Enterprise privacy platforms cost hundreds or thousands per month. Full-stack SMB tools bundle ROPA, DPIA, and vendor management when many organisations only need a compliant complaints workflow — especially after the DUAA deadline on 19 June 2026.

ComplaintsDesk is built by a software engineer using modern tooling to ship a narrow, affordable product: intake, deadlines, audit trail, and exports — without the bloat.
